Finally got through to customer service and they explained how to use this for my accessory order — the process was simpler than I expected once I had the right link. Took a bit of patience on the phone but everything shipped out quickly after that.

Was a bit confused at first about ordering this shipping option, but customer service quickly explained how it works and got my extra parts sent out the same day. The whole process was smooth and saved me from having to place a separate order.

Customer service replied within a few minutes and walked me through paying the exact shipping difference for my accessory, no guessing involved. The whole thing took less than ten minutes from message to confirmed shipment. Honestly smoother than I expected for something as boring as postage.
